Sarah Hilchey

I joined the team at Front Street in 2019 as a receptionist. I had graduated with a bachelor of science with a minor in psychology and wanted a bit of a change. I decided to follow my heart and thought I could put my love of animals to good use. I wanted to make a meaningful contribution to the community, and decided that this was the place to do it! I'm so grateful I did. I've learned so much and met so many lovely clients, and given many belly rubs and chin scritches to pets over the years - possibly the best part of the job!

When I'm not in the clinic I've got a fluffy family at home, Molly a mystery breed dog that is really just a big ole scaredy cat and Tofu a little older tortie who was recently adopted but is definitely in charge between the two of them. A fun fact about me is I recently took up rock climbing (and am still very bad at it!)
